No line can ever contain every reserved word. For one thing, preprocessor directives and labels must appear on separate lines. Excluding these, any code segment can be written as a single line, which could feasibly include all keywords. However if you classify a line as being a code segment ending with a semi-colon, there can be no single line with all keywords because continue and break are mutually exclusive.

Which license prevails if code stating all rights reserved is put into a public GPL repository by the author or his later employer?

The term "All Rights Reserved" no longer has any meaning because all of the countries it applied to became members of the Berne Union by 2000. All rights reserved is a copyright notice, it is not a license. If the work states it is under the GPL then the terms of that license apply.

Difference between standard and user defined identifier?

A standard identifier is a reserved word. Keywords such as for, if, goto, return, continue, break, do, while, final, extern, static and so on are all reserved. Fundamental data types and modifiers such as void, int, char, wchar_t, double, float, long, short, signed, unsigned, const, mutable, constexpr and so on are also reserved. What is the difference between copyright reserved and all right reserved?

"Copyright reserved" means that the author retains all copyrights to a work regardless of how it is being displayed and cannot be reused without permission. "All Rights Reserved" applies when two or more types of intellectual property law are involved. A practical example would be a drawing of the Superman logo. The actual image is protected by copyright. The subject of the drawing (the "S" logo) is protected as a trademark so "all rights reserved" would be more appropriate than just "copyright reserved".
