You can replace pipes and hoses relatively easily, but if the radiator itself is damaged, you can't fix it. You will need a machine shop that can actually repair the cracked metal.
to remove the radiator from a mk2 mondeo start by removing the water pipes then the lower support bar that the radiator sits in is bolted to the chassis leg on both sides by for 13mm bolts once these are undone the radiator will drop off . if you have air con the air con rad will be bolted to the normal radiator so just undo the 2 bolts and slide it off but do not undo the air con pipes if you can help it as you will need to get it refilled
