The master slave has two flip flops, a master stage and a slave stage. The master stage is committed on one transition of the clock, while the slave stage is committed, based on the master stage's state, on the next transition of the clock. This eliminates race conditions, unless the clock pulse is so narrow as to make them become an issue again.

The non master slave, however, bases its output state on the JK inputs just prior to one clock edge. In this respect, its somewhat no different than the master slave variant, except that the output in the master slave is committed prior to actually changing state, whereas the output in the non master slave is committed very close to its actually changing state. The problem is simply one of design - if the input is a function of output, then race conditions in the non master slave can make the output indeterminate, and that is poor design. No ifs, ands, ors, buts, or maybes. :-)>

What is the main difference between normal JK flip flop and master slave JK flip flop?

A normal JK flip-flop has the output change state based on the input on the leading edge of clock, while the master-slave variety predetermines the output on the leading edge of clock and then effects the actual change of the trailing edge of clock, making it impervious to race conditions.

How schmitt trigger and square wave generator differ in their output waveform?

Yes,schmitt trigger has upper and lower threshold voltage for the reason of noise protection while square wave generator doesn't have these properties.

what are advantages and disadvantages of Round Robin scheduling algorithm?

Pure round robin scheduling processes A, then B, then C, then starts at A again. (A, B, C might be tasks in an operating system context, or devices in a master/slave control network, or whatever.) That is, pure round robin scheduling doesn't acknowledge priorities, and does not allow out-of-order processing. Real-life systems typically use a mixture of algorithms that, together, allow for prioritized and out-of-order processing while, on the other hand, trying to prevent starvation of lower priority items.

What is the difference between master table and transaction table?

Well, darling, a master table is like the VIP section of a club where all the important information is stored, like customer details or product information. On the other hand, a transaction table is where all the action happens, recording specific events like purchases or bookings. Think of it as the master table holding the guest list, while the transaction table keeps track of who's ordering the most shots.

Which is an appropriate practice for handling master vendor files?

An appropriate practice for handling master vendor files includes regularly updating and validating vendor information to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implementing role-based access controls can help secure sensitive data while allowing authorized personnel to manage vendor records effectively. Additionally, maintaining a standardized process for onboarding and offboarding vendors can streamline file management and reduce the risk of errors. Regular audits of the master vendor files can also help identify discrepancies and improve data integrity.

Can you get a master's degree while enrolled in ROTC?

The master's degree typically requires completion of the bachelor's degree.

What are the psychological dynamics at play in a master/slave relationship?

In a master/slave relationship, psychological dynamics include power imbalance, control, submission, and dependency. The master typically holds authority and dominance, while the slave submits and relies on the master for direction and validation. This dynamic can impact self-esteem, identity, and emotional well-being for both parties.

What is the difference between slave morality and master morality according to Friedrich Nietzsche?

Nietzsche described master Morality is some kind of honor, creator of values, art, nobility...while slave Morality is friendship, and compassion. Slave morality speaks against power believes it to a negative. For Nietzsche, master morality is detrimental to freedom.

Is a master's degree equivalent to a doctorate?

No, a master's degree is not equivalent to a doctorate. A master's degree typically requires 1-2 years of study after a bachelor's degree, while a doctorate (PhD) requires several more years of advanced study and research beyond a master's degree.

What is the difference between master IDE and slave IDE?

Each IDE slot can handle two drives. One drive will be the master and the other will be the slave depending o the configuration. If the jumpers of one drive is configured to set the drive as MA (Master), the second must be configured to SL (Slave). Both drives may be configured as CS (Cable Select), if so, The positioning on the ribbon cable will determine whic one is the master and which is the slave

Why master slave jk flip flop is preferred over jk flip flop?

A plain JK flipflop is unreliable as it is enabled by the level of the clock, not the edge. In a master-slave flipflop, the master section captures the new state based on the inputs while the clock level is high, then the slave section captures the new state from the master while the clock level is low. This has the effect of making the flipflop act as if it was falling edge clocked but retains the simplicity of design of flipflops that are level enabled.

Why do I yawn when I sing?

Yawning while singing can happen because singing requires deep breathing, which can trigger the body's yawning reflex.

What was Saint Patricks job as a slave?

What is wrong with your clutch system if you just changed the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder and your clutch pedal wont engage the slave cylinder?

If you allowed the master/reservoir to drain empty while the line was disconnected or installed the master dry, you may have to remove the master and bench bleed it first. Always keep the reservoir full during the process.

Why do I yawn while singing?

Yawning while singing can happen because singing requires deep breathing, which can trigger the body's natural response to yawn in order to increase oxygen intake.
