Next when you open a command prompt window after the computer restarts and type python you will have python running in the command prompt.
Yes. C is a general purpose programming language with compilers available for all versions of Windows.
I don't run either DevCPP or Windows 8. However, I did some checking around and found the following answers. The related links to them are provided beneath this answer.1) Run DevCPP in Windows XP Compatibility Mode: right-click the icon and select "Run in earlier versions of Windows"2) Update DevCPP (see the SourceForge related link below)The problem seems to be that you're running an outdated version of MinGW GCC.If neither of the above answers help, try a Web search for devcpp "windows 8" or devc++ "windows 8".Also, keep in mind that Windows 8 is still in beta development, so expect errors and problems to crop up. I'd recommend sticking with earlier Windows versions until at LEAST a service pack gets released if you continue to encounter technical difficulties and are unable to find answers on the Web.
It would probably be easier to list those that don't have an implementation but even those intended for non-Windows systems can be used with emulation software. However, all of the most popular languages have Windows implementations, including C, C++, Java, Python, Ruby, Pascal, Cobol and so on.
No. You have to jump through a great many hoops just to get it running on Vista. On windows 7 you can, at best, install the baseline system but you won't be able to apply any of the service packs, rendering the entire package obsolete. Bear in mind that VC++ 6.0 was released in June 1998 and has gone through six major updates since. Moreover, Windows NT4 has been updated five times (Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and now Windows 8) not counting the server editions. If you want to stick with VC++ 6.0 then you'll need to install Windows XP within a virtual machine and target your programs towards the XP platform. However, if you want to write programs for Windows 7 or 8, upgrading your IDE is long overdue. At 15 years old, I think you've had your money's worth.

Open the application twice.
There is no Windows 8.
Windows 8 is commercial. You need to by a Windows 8 book.
There isn't any Windows 7.8, but if you were referring to Windows Phone 7.8, it cannot be updated to Windows Phone 8 (note that I did not say Windows 8 because Windows 8 is for laptops, desktops and some tablets).
One method to create a recovery drive in Windows 8 is to open the Charms bar. Once it is open, one should search for "create recovery drive." This will open a visual of the recovery drive. Next, one should click on the "crate recovery drive" under the settings. This will then start the recovery drive wizard.
Windows 8 is not released yet.....
