The higher the resistance to ground, the more voltage/current has to flow to make up the difference. A good reference to ground should have a total impedance of 25 ohms or less. Improper grounding also results in excessive heat generation and may quickly become a fire hazard.
I would NOT think a plastic duct would need to be grounded as it should be non conductive. The motors and metallic devices connected on the ends should be grounded & the plastic pipe should be kept clean of excessive contaminant buildup.
partially clogged drain or vent, improperly installed vent or drain
If the glass has a coating or film, that coating may be intended to be on one side or the other, so, yes, it WOULD be possible to install the glass improperly.
no
They are not suitable for use as extremely low-frequency oscillators because the inductors and capacitors would be large in size, heavy, and costly to manufacture.
They probably aren't grounded.
No I would not.this is a stupid question because who would break up with their GF just because she got grounded?
Black wire? You mean black insulation? If so, a black insulated wire would generally be a non-grounded conductor (preferably the hot line) and should not be connected to ground anywhere. However, someone may have improperly used a black wire for grounding, rather than green wire (or green/yel wire), or forgotten to wrap it with green tape.
Then you would possibly get incorrect measures.
Although it is common to hear the term that one is being grounded for doing something wrong, it is usually unheard of that one would be grounded for life. There was an American sitcom television show back in 2001 that was titled "Grounded for Life".
It became clear that an invasion of Japan would be extremely costly.
maybe because a parent or guardian finds out something they wasn't suppose to and tell the child and when they admit well they get grounded
Well it looks like you are going to have to wait to play with the equipment. He can't come out today because he is grounded. But really, if it is grounded then the equipment is not going to electrocute you. You need to ground they equipment. If it is ungrounded then there is danger
Yes.
You would have a open circuit. It would appear dead.
wire from sending unit may be grounded/shorted out
Founded or based, rooted, or grounded
