There is a root word with two suffixes
A complete list of such words would be over 100,000 words. Hat has no roots or affixes. Neither does chair, and thousands of other words. Do you actually know what roots and affixes are?

There are thousands of different languages on Earth. However, beauty in the romance language is belleza (Spanish), beaute (French), bellezza (Italian), and pulchritudo (Latin).
The word "incessantly" contains the root "cess", the suffixes "-ant" and "-ly" and the prefex "in-" which in this case means not. Curiously, the word "unceasingly" contains English versions of the root, prefix and one of the suffixes and yet means exactly the same thing. Un- equals in- (both negative markers, meaning "not") Cease equals cess (both roots are verbs meaning to stop) -Ing equals -ant (both gerund markers, changing verbs to nouns) -Ly is an adverb marker, changing a noun into an adverb. Either way, it means "without stopping".
Endings are added as suffixes to roots in the English language. A suffix is a group of letters added to the end of a word to change its meaning or function. Prefixes, on the other hand, are added at the beginning of a word.

There is always a base word to a word with prefixes or suffixs, for example in the word pre game, game is the base word, and pre is the prefix. Prefixes are always at the begging of a base word and suffixes are always at the end of a word. In the word treated, Ed isn't a word by itself, however treated is a word by itself, therefor treat is the base word, and ed is at the end so it is a suffix. I hope this helps :)
My favourite example is the geographical term 'peninsula'. From the Latin pene, meaning 'almost' and insula meaning 'island', a long thin spit of land is 'almost' an 'island', a peninsula.
A base word is a word by itself, and you can add prefixes and suffixes to change the tense. ("Sing is a word by itself, but I can change it to "singing" or "singer.") A root word has no meaning on its own; you have to add suffixes and prefixes for it to mean anything at all. ("Rupt" is not a word, but I can make it "disrupt" or "erupt" or "rupture.")
