Copycat
Follower, copycat,
The word doppelganger means a twin or a copycat. It would be used to refer to Person A who either looks like Person B, or is copying Person B. For example, there is someone in my school who looks like me. I refer to them as "My doppleganger". Or, a criminal who is copying another criminal's M.O. would be their doppleganger. I believe the twin reference is more prominent.

Copycat means someone who imitates the behavior of another.
