use words that reflects your thesis in order to sway the audience to your side. these loaded words are often adjectives or adverbs(''clearly show'', ''incorrectly assumed'', ''flimsy claim'' etc. however, any word can be a loaded word if it has the correct connotation ( ''struck down'', ''failed to'', ''aging technology'', etc.)

For instance the word homicide. It simply means that a person killed another person. It can mean that a police officer killed somebody in the process of his duty but when people hear the word they automatically think that it was an illegal killing.
