I saw your question, yesterday. I don't understand what you are asking. A memorandum is simply a Memo or note you write to remind yourself or someone else about something that might or might not be important. A slip of paper with grocery items is a memo. A paper that says "Dentist 2:00 Tuesday, " is a memo. If you are in school and the teacher writes "Band practice at 2:00" that's a memo. If you are in a business meeting, the secretary takes notes about whatever is discussed - that's a memo. When you visit the doctor and he writes down some information into your medical file - he's writing reminders or memos - then, the next time he see's you he'll be reminded of your problem or what your weight used to be. Maybe you need to ask again and give us more information.
