In grammar, active voice is when the subject of a sentence performs the action, while passive voice is when the subject receives the action of the verb. Agreement refers to the relationship between different parts of a sentence, such as subject-verb agreement or pronoun-antecedent agreement.
In the active-voice sentence "I should kill you," the receiver follows the verb. In the passive-voice sentence "You should be killed," the receiver precedes the verb. The difference between active and passive voice is merely the presence of the actor. In passive voice, the actor disappears.
