If you are referring to the Fall of Mankind, then yes, capitalize it.

However, the fall of Adam or fall of Eve is not capitalized.

My best thought on this is that the Fall of Mankind references a major theological event whereas the individual sins of any person (including Adam and/or Eve) represent only the fall of that individual. In the case of Adam and Eve it's a little weird since their falls are also the Fall, but the Fall of Mankind is essentially both of those together, not the individual acts.
