It depends. You can't if you want to say something like, "Especially, the blue whale is large." That's wrong. But you can say, "Most all whales are huge. Especially the blue whale." That's right. So you can really only start a sentence with especially if it's like a continuation of another sentence.Especially is a word that is not used at the beginning of a sentence very often.
If you mean when you're starting out an essay or story, then you could try using a new lead. Try starting off your story with action or dialogue or something along those lines. You have to MAKE the reader want to read more.

Not necessarily, if it is the start of a sentence or if it is a word that is usually capitalised, you would. But if it is a quote and you start say in the middle of the sentence then you don't.

Well that is a tricky question but i would say at the start of a sentence people would often use "I" at a start of sentence. There is loads of words to start a sentence so i can't tell you all of them obviously. example: "I" went to the shops to buy sweets.

You can only start a sentence with "At" as a preposition if you have something to make an independent clause. For instance, you can't just say "At the store," that's a sentence fragment. It would have to be, "At the store, I need to buy some things."
