Actuated or swayed by emotional or involuntary impulses:an impulsive child.( dictionary.com) Basically, an example is... if you have $20.00 and you want a toy that costs 19.99, no taxes. The store across the street has the exact same store, but for $15.99, you want that toy sooo bad that you dont think about checking other stores and saving money, you just buy it. Representative: a person or thing that represents another or others.( dictionary.com) They clearly dont mean the same thing, one is a noun and the other a verb.
