I think it matters if they are of a natural source or organic. that's why a diet with the vitamines you need is best. Still since most people don't eat right vitamines can help fix what you are missing but extras just work your kidneys more to get rid of them. so I only take a multi somtimes but if you know you need more of something then concentrate on that.
