Firstly, be sure you're in UTF-8 character encoding. You can do this by adding a meta tag to you header, or by adjusting server settings.

Next, you simply write in Marathi using the letters you're used to. To add a color, you need to surround part of your content with a tag you can add a class or style attribute to.
