A very important question about which I have ponderd over. Defenitly our choice of words must influence our thinking in a gradual, slow but sure manner.
A person always reacts to any situation ; which is a habit developed from his past experiences in life. Human beings are emotional and therefore we all react ( reaction originates from our emotions of past which has made us to think in a particular manner))rather than choose to respond to situations in a careful judicious manner.
However we can choose to respond . How?-- If we choose to take a pause and deliberatly use positive words based on values while responding ;we are actually re-programming our thinking patterns . If we have to consciously use positive words ; we have to first of all think of the situation in a different way than we are used to by our own conditioning .
If this is continued for a long time ; what we are doing is ; we are re-programming our thought patterns and learning to think in a positive way
We all read , hear speeches etc:-- where we are told to think positively. But we are not told how to do this It is simply easy to tell that Because in real life situations we are all conditioned to react ; by employing the habitual thought patterns of ours.
Here my strong conviction is ; we can only change our thought patterns over a period of time ( not overnight). And the best tool to be employed is to choose to use positive words . Simply deciding to think positive will not help. Using positive words impacts thought patterns. Once thinking is changed ; actions follow
Be careful of your thoughts, for they will become your words, Be careful of your words, for they will become your actions, Be careful of your actions, for they will become your habits, Be careful of your habits, for they will become your character, Be careful of your character, for that is who you are.

True. An author's thoughts and actions can have an impact on the epic and cultural context in which their work is created. The author's personal beliefs, experiences, and values often shape the themes and messages presented in their writing, which can reflect or challenge the cultural norms of the time.
Other people can influence you through their words, actions, attitudes, and behaviors, which can shape your beliefs, values, and mindset. Social influences, peer pressure, role models, and interpersonal relationships can all have an impact on your thoughts, decisions, and actions. It is important to be aware of these influences and critically evaluate them to make independent and informed choices.
Ethical decision making in a business or group context will be necessarily limited to actions and words as there is no way to know an individuals thoughts or motivation. As a result, ethical assessments will have an emphasis on actions and outcomes.
