To obtain the Corpse camouflage in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, you must get 51 or more Continues (deaths) in a single playthrough. The easiest way to do this in my opinion is jumping off Echo's Beacon repeatedly during the Raging Raven boss battle. The camouflage will make you invisible to Gekko and Scarabs. Enemies will also ignore you when you have the camouflage equipped and are lying down. You can also equip both the Corpse camouflage and cardboard box simultaneously, frightening an enemy when they lift the box.
