A main principle here is that the mind is something like a computer screen in which you can only have one piece of software appearing there at a time. As the bad thought flashes on the screen, you click your thoughts to something else. And patabum, there you go! Clickety clickin down the lane of life.

See if you can be happy. BE HAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPY! Clap with one hand. Walk with a pimp limp. ;) Eat some ice-cream. Or some cookie dough. Go to a park and run around all crazy.
