"Mow-Ett ay Shandon"

Although the company's founder, Claude Moët, was French, the name Moët is of Dutch/German origin and the final 'T' is pronounced. (The umlaut (two dots) is the clue here). the final 'T' of the word 'et' (or &) however is not pronounced in French.

It's fine to say Moey though - who really cares after all?. And MoëTT might be no more pretentious than calling the French capital Pareee rather than Pariss, when outside France.
