It appears from an article in HFN (publication about Home Furnishings Network) that Dan River, Inc. was trying to start a line with D Porthault beginning after the article was published on August 23, 1999. I also noticed reference that a top executive with D PORTHAULT joined Dan River sometime in the 1990's around 1992. I am going to my downtown library in San Antonio to read these articles in full.
