Cyneburh: pronounce the "C" like "K", use a short "e" and at the end use a glottal stop, that is like you are swallowing a "g" or gargling and give the whole thing a Scottish accent and you will be fairly close. Frigge (proper spelling) use a hard "g" and a schwa sound for the "e". Michael Montagne Also, I would add to the Cyneburh pronunciation, that the 'y' should be pronounced like a u with an umlaut is in German (sorry, can't type it exactly). If you're not sure how to say this, try having your lips as if you're saying 'oo', and your tongue as if you're saying 'ee'. It works. Also, the 'u' in Cyneburh is said like 'oo'
