If you're saying, "Hope you enjoy", then it's "hey mong nay joong yee la". Joong yee (it sounds like "joan", but without the hard "n" sound) is the same as xi huan 喜歡.

But if you're just saying the general term for "enjoy", like, "I'm enjoying life", it's 享受 herng sao.
