you would say ' sempre peno em ti'

the answer above has a mistake. it's not "peno", it's "penso". And "sempre" (always) can either be in the beginning, middle or end of the sentence, "penso sempre em ti" or "semprepenso em ti" or "penso em ti sempre" (though the first and the last ones are kind of weird, I'm portuguese and I'd never use those but I've heard other people say it XD)
