"Get up" as in "stand up" is se lever. You have to conjugate the verb according to who is performing the action.

"I get up" would be je me lève.

"You are getting up" would be vous vous levez (polite, or to a group of people) or tu te lèves (one person, informal).

To order someone to get up, you would say levez-vous! (polite, or to a group of people) or lève-toi! (one person, informal)
