Generally sounds are spelled phonetically. A moan could be "mmmmm" or "errrrggggh" (that's more of a groan). Some sounds develop a common spelling, but this can differ depending on the language used. For instance, in English, a cat says "meow," but in Japanese, it says "nyan" or "nya." You can see that the words are derived from the actual sound when you look at the French -- "miaou" and Spanish -- "meow."

  1. loolooloolooloolooloolooloo

2.blblblblblblblblbblblblblbl

  1. maaaaaahhhhhloolooloolooolooloo

i don’t know how he makes these sounds but every time he vomits i laugh so hard because they sound so unhuman

Obviously

wouaaa wouaaa Wu Wu wouaaaaaaaaaa

I use 'ou' to indicate the sound as in /could/, /foot/, I use 'oo' in other cases to indicate the sound in /moon/, /tune/.

(so 'ou' is the upside down omega in the IPA system)

also diacritic markes could be used to indicate nasality.

'Bawww' above appears like the bark of a Vietnamese dog: /bau bau/
