I believe the Nietzsche quote is that "the future influences the present as much as the past," because he believed in the "eternal recurrence," or essentially that time is cyclical, and that the course of events in the duration of the universe saw themselves through over and over again, ad infinitum. Each person lives their lives the exact same way over and over.

Similarly Plato believed in some sort of universal "recollection," where an individual's soul embodied all of the truth accessible to it, and only had to "recollect" that truth in order to use it. One could infer that Plato believed in some sort of reincarnation, and that everyone has lived an infinite number of lives, and has therefore learned all knowledge accessible.

Both of these claims were largely unsubstantiated for two philosophers who generally had a great deal of weight behind their arguments.

What is culture society?

Society is a present concept...dealing with ideas and acts in a manner that befits things as they stand... Society is built on the past, but is wholly concerned with the present, with a nod to the future. The future, under society, is of multiple present states, not of direct and unquestionable influence from the present decisions and concepts. Culture is much more historical. This is concerned with respect of ideas and stuff set by people eons ago.. such as law for example. It has been suggested that this is responsible for differences in ethical decision making, though this is difficult to act on.

Do you have any questions?

Why are my teachers so strict? Why do we have sooo much homework?--------------------------------------I don't understand your question."Should you have" is the future/conditional of "Do you have."It's used as such so the statement represents a more vague representation of time. It doesn't demonstrate just "now" and the "present" but also the "future."Another way to make the same statement is "If you have" but this only represents future, and not conditional. And "If you will have" represents both, but is not in use because "should" is much easier to state than "if - will."
