The actual number of books that can be stored on a 16GB Kobo Arc HD will depend on the size of each book file. On average, a 1MB file can store about 1,000 standard ebooks, so a 16GB device could potentially hold around 16,000 ebooks. Apps, images, and other content on the device will also affect the total storage capacity for books.

My personal favorite e-Reader is the Kobo Vox. The Kobo Vox is very versatile! It provides a colorful 7 inch screen, web surfing, email and 500,000 Android apps. In addition to purchasing e-Book online, the Kobo website offers free titles and if your local library has e-Books, the Kobo easily downloads those books for your reading enjoyment.

Well, Amazon doesn't really like people copying books for other kindles. But, you can connect the accounts and can share books. Also, if you want to transfer the books from the kindle 1 to kindle 2, you should just use the same amazon account to transfer the books. Copying the book from the drive into the other kindle works too. Another option available in most cases is to temporarily loan the Kindle eBook from one Kindle to another Kindle. See related links for how.
