I've never seen an abbreviation for it. Abbreviations are used for common words, such as titles like Cpt. (Captain) or Mr. (Mister) or industry-specific terms like Mfr. For a word to have an abbreviation implies that it is so frequently used that it can be shortened with little worry of misunderstanding. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd remove the consonants for "blstr" but the context would have to be clear (e.g. a podiatrist's assessment of a fluid-filled nodule) for an audience to be confident of the meaning.
