In modern English , 'Good bye' is a very formal a definite way of parting company, and is very rarely said. For example when lovers fall out, particularly the female, she will say 'Good Bye' in a very definite way. It means I don't want to see you again.

His nemesis is Compeyson. Abel Magwitch is convicted of murdering Compeyson, returning to London even though he was exiled, and many more criminal deeds. He dies.
As a reader, I felt sympathetic towards Pip as he navigated through challenges of identity, class distinctions, and moral dilemmas. I also felt frustrated with some of his decisions, but ultimately rooted for his growth and redemption.
Pip does not confess his true feelings to Joe because he feels ashamed of his humble background and believes that he is not worthy of Joe's acceptance. He is also influenced by his desire to fit in with the higher social class of Estella, which leads him to distance himself from his old life and relationships. Ultimately, Pip's internal struggles with identity and self-worth prevent him from being honest with Joe.

Pip is around 20 years old when he goes to London in Charles Dickens' novel "Great Expectations."

Pip also appeared on The Glee Project, aired on Oxygen TV. Pip's signature look is the bow tie, converse, and suspenders. His fans call themselves Pipsters, and they also made up a Team Bow tie.
