Ugh... I have scoured this page looking for anchor 5. The first two are on the Anchor Marine store- one on the sign, one on the porch. Another is in front of the statue on the middle of the page. The fourth is on the side of the building on the small house near the center of the page. My only guess for the fifth anchor is the shadow of the boy roller blading. It looks like an anchor, just not sure...
FOUND IT!
It's in the rock formation just above the white boat, page 11 but very close to the center of the page. The bottom of the anchor is almost touching the white boat.
See it?

In the hidden object book, "I Spy: Treasure Hunt" on pages 16 and 17 a person can find the three ducks by looking at the shape of the pond, the duck in the pond, and the name of the building. The building has the word Duck in the nameplate.
The pirate is hanging in the netting on the right side of the lit lantern.

its right next to the bottom left corner of the old castle above the brown carriage
One bat is the actual animal, and it's a tiny black guy on the left mast on the big ship in the center. The other bat is a baseball bat, and you can only see the handle. It is located beneath the letter "S" of the store name Chest. Happy hunting :)
