I don't know the circumstances for why this question is being asked. If it is because you broke up, then I would have to say most people go through a period of time where they miss the person or the routine of being in that relationship. A lot of people are too stubborn to admit they miss someone or made a mistake. So yes, he may be missing you a lot but is too stubborn to call you.
