Keep writing the last several words until you get a new idea.
You have to realize that freewriting is only one tool to use to generate ideas. The problem is that it isn't how we normally share ideas. We typically do this by speaking.
Picture you standing around with a few friends. One of them speaks up and might start out with, "Did you hear...?" Sound familiar? Now, picture what happens after that. Another friend comes up with another story, perhaps slightly better than the last. Then another. Then another. This happens most often with a group of guys, but girls do it too.
Do that.
Writing is words on paper. Speaking is words on air. The thing is, you can take those words and move them back and forth from one medium to other and back, almost infinitely. The better the story, the easier it is to do.
Whether or not you have a group of friends to help you with this, record it. Either video tape it or audio tape it. Just record it. Later, you can go back and transcribe it to paper; take the words on air and make them into words on paper. This sort of brainstorming will work for any situation.

Unless you are writing dialog and fragments or run-on sentences are part of a character's speech pattern, it's best to avoid them because they are examples of lazy writing. Writing anything assumes that you intend your work for publication. Your audience is unknown, but expects clear, legible sentences. Finally, if your work is to be translated into any other language, fragments and run-on sentences are nearly impossible to translate while maintaining the author's intention.
Both free and freely are adverb forms of the adjective free. Free as an adverb means "loose" or "open" (e.g. to cut free, to run free) Freely means done in a free or open fashion (e.g. flow freely)

You could have run longer. The reason is:"Ran" is the simple past tense: "Yesterday I ran all the way home.""Run" is the past participle: "You should have run." "The race has been run."
Take a break and come back to it later to refresh your mind. You can also try brainstorming, outlining, or discussing your ideas with someone else to get inspiration. Sometimes stepping away from your writing and then revisiting it can help generate new ideas.
When children first begin composing or writing creatively, the focus should be on allowing their imaginations to run free, fostering a love for storytelling, and building confidence in expressing their ideas. Encouraging creativity, providing a supportive environment, and focusing on the process rather than the end result are key elements to help young writers develop their skills.

Horses can run free if they are treated cruelly. If they are treated well they wouldn't run away.
Stop writing. By the time you have run out of room, the reader has already gotten board and stopped reading anyhow. Keep it short and to the point.

In the app store it's free you should try it.
If you are asking about run-on sentences, serious writing will comply with the rules, and frivolous (or experimental) writing is free to violate them. A run-on sentence might be used to convey that you, the writer, are too frantic to take the time to create new sentences rather than just continuing with the one you already have.
Iranians revolted in 1979 because of different ideas on how Iran should be run. Some Iranians believed that Iran should be run as a democracy, while religious citizen though it should be governed in strict obedience to the Islamic law.
