The relationship between Analia and the profesor is that he is the one who actually wrote the letters to her. He is the one who she actually fell in love with.
The relationship between the profesor and Luis is that they are friends.
Analia is the main character. She is an orphan and inherited land. Her uncle wants her land. Luis is his son and analia's cousin. Her uncle tries to make her fall in love with Luis to keep the land in the family. The uncle tells Luis to write her letters. Luis ask the professor which is his friend to write the letters. She falls in love with Luis though and has an unhappy marriage and one child. She recognized the handwriting in the report card and when her husband dies, she goes to visit the professor,
"Entre" is Spanish and French for "between" - so "entre nous" is "between us". "Entre nosotros" is between us in Spanish.
It is a hybrid between agua (Spanish word) and ile (Yoruba word).See the link below for many details.
Well the spanish calender always starts the week with "lunes" which is monday. Ours starts with Sunday which is "domingo" in spanish. Another difference between the calenders is that the weeks start with a lowercase letter and our English calender, the weeks are capitalized. The last difference is that the day of the month comes before the month on the spanish calender. What I mean by that is that for example if you wanted to say November 18, 2010. You would put 18/11/10. On the English calender it would say 11/18/10. And that's it! Hope I helped though. I might've been late commenting on it but I gave some information. =)
The Spanish for lever is palanca.
