REAPPEAR SHOULD BE GIVEN TO EVERY SUBJECT AFTER TOTALLING MARKS OF BOTH SEMESTER IN EACH SUBJECT . EXAMINATION FEE SHOULD BE TAKEN ONCE ONLY . IN THIS WAY SEMESTER SYSTEM WOULD BE MORE EFFECTIVE. SO SEM SYSTEM SHOULD BE NOT BANNED.
