If someone were to say "No, I don't have no money." It would be incorrect because it is a double negative. A double negative is when in one sentence you would use the word "no", or a conjunction with no, as in "don't" or "won't" more than once without a proper comma in place. To correct the example sentence, one might say "No, i don't have any money." or "No, I haven't any money."
