Well, although I technically do not know, I would say internal. Melinda has a conflict with her self, and even though it's caused by the way every one else treats her, it's still considered an internal conflict, because she's fighting her secret, and doesn't want to tell anyone, but things keep getting worse, until she's forced to tell someone.... But that's my opinion :( I'm not exactly sure...
