Most would say "true", whereas I think there are more than one true antonym to the word "false." Actual, accurate, real. Genuine. If something is false, it's a lie. It's inaccurate. False input gives false output, therefore if you have false ideas and false motives, the output will be far different than the expected. A little far off the point, but basically, yeah.
