Is this a good thesis statement I think my mother is the most spectacular mother in Florida because she is always there for me very kind hearted and encourages me to do my best?

You are obviously blessed to have such a mother! Understand that this is a critique of your thesis statement, and not of your mother. If you are proposing that your mother is the most spectacular mother in Florida, then your reasoning doesn't come close to supporting it. You want to make a statement and then offer clear evidence supporting the statement. You can't possibly know enough about all Florida mothers to support your claim, although from your vantage point your statement is in fact beyond challenge. Think of a statement for which you can gather supporting arguments which might persuade a person who originally doesn't agree, or at least gives that person reason to re-assess.
