A couple of policemen watch as people flock to the ocean, swim out as far as they can, and drown. This has been going on all over for some time. They speculate on the motives, mentioning the urban legend of how lemmings drown themselves in a similar way.
After a while, they're the last ones left. Then, one after the other, they follow suit, leaving a row of cars standing empty.
