The set of skills which an employee acquires on the job, through training and experience, and which increase that employee's economic value.

NEW ENTRY:

While this definition may be useful in some situations, I do hope that this new term definition may be of some great use. The correct definition is the value of the skills that a person has before, during or after an employment of a job. These skills include training, education via college or high school degree/ diploma, and in some RARE cases, healthcare benefits. The cases are very rare and have something to do with the exact value of the plan and/or how much the plan helps the family/person that is in conflict. This definiton is commonly taught in 6th grade gifted classes and 7th grade regular classes. Why are you looking this easy definition up when I'm looking up words like extreme hipoclampsiasytosis and colonoskopyremedialia, both of which have more letters than your I.Q.
