I think it's impossible for only two people to take their own unbrellas.
If the first two people take their own, the third is forced to take his own as well, as it's the only one remaining.
If, however, the first person takes another's unbrella, the owner of the umbrella he took will also be forced to take a wrong unbrella, as his is missing. In this case either only one person takes his own unbrella, or nobody does.
I'm not sure if I've worked this out right, but this is what I got:
Probability of all three taking the right umbrella: 1 in 6
All three taking the wrong umbrella: 1 in 3
Only one person taking the wrong umbrella: 1 in 2
All the probabilities add up to 0, since the two own a umbrella,but the third person didnt own an umbrella
