I don't know of any books out right now, but Rick Rioradan, (the author of the Percy Jackson series) is writing another series similar to the Percy Jackson series, though instead of it being about Greek gods it's about Egyptian gods. The books are called:

The Carter Kane Chronicles

and the first book is titled:

The Red Pyramid

There is this one series that has been turned into a major motion film that is oddly close to those is called Cirque Du Freak. It is About a Boy named Darren Shan how was turned into a vampire's assintant. But he is really trying to find out how to become human again ,highly recommend it.

There are very many books with themes that relate to Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. I would suggest The Lord of the Rings, there is a book called which Witch, um The Hunger Games , while not really having anything to do with harry Potter, has a similar writing style. And then there is a site called fanfiction.net that has stories made up by others, and is really good!
