∙ 12y agoRising Action would be how President snow threatening Katniss to convince herself that she loved peeta. President snow said that he would go after her and her family and stuff . In Catching fire when she ends up going back into The Hunger Games they end up escaping. Katniss found out from gle that there waas no more district twelve and that peeta had been captured.
