A person has a heart, brain, feelings, and emotions.

How you are defined as a person is a question of philosophy. An Existentialist, a Roman Catholic theologian, a Communist, and a scientist would each have a different answer. In a condition of freedom, individuals may have the luxury of defining their own personhood themselves (as opposed to having the government impose a definition).
