The children's day is observed on 14-November in India, in memory of our fist prime minister, late Shri Pandit Jawaharlal Motilal Nehru who loved children very much. We remember him on that day by talking about his dedication to nation. I remember a logo that says "Roti, Kapada Shikshan or Pyar, hai har bachche ka adhikar". Children are future of our nation, it is responsibility of every elder to ensure that every child gets that. On children's day every child is told that they are future of the nation and it is their responsibility to learn and be proud of our nation by contributing to the development of our country. Children celebrate this day by participating in various competitions and entertainment programs; which at the end gives message that we know our responsibilities towards the nation and we will do it.
