Doubting Thomas, from the disciple who would not believe that Jesus had risen from the dead until he saw Him.
A person who saw something (usually a crime) is a witness.
blind
A fact is something that is true and a opinion is something that is not true it is what someone thinks about what they see or herd. Do you get it?
To see someone through something is to be at hand to help that person successfully manage whatever it is.
Hi, That expression means exactly that. It means you only believe something if you see it. If you do not see it - until you do, you do not believe it is true. This saying is not always true, though.
See: Anyone who is not blind can see. So, to see means to perceive anything in general. Seeing is unintentional. It is not your intention to see something. You see because you can perceive that with your eyes. You have the ability. e.g.: I saw the man climbing the tree. When you reach the roundabout, you will see a park on the left. Look: When we see something intentionally, we look at it. So we look at something with a reason, with an intention. "look" has the central idea of paying attention to something or somebody. e.g.: look at the plane in the sky. Can you see? Why are you looking at me like this? As people are able to see, they can see anything which comes in their sight. But when they want to pay attention to something or someone; or when we want them to pay their attention to something or someone, we say "look at the picture, the man, the bird, etc. Watch: when we look at something attentively that is moving, as if we are searching for something, we actually "watch" it. To watch something means to look at it moving with an intention to do so. e.g.: I wanted to see a movie. I am happy I am watching it. Did you see the match? "yes", I watched the whole match. So when we see something, we keep it under our careful observation.
This means that if you see something, you really believe in it. It can also be a challenge to someone to prove something by showing you.
You can call the Department of Labour or other government agencies to see if something, or someone has a Standard Industry Classification.
no it is not you dont need to see something to believe in it
Stupid. if they believe in something they cannot see, they are stupid. In that case, all humans are stupid because they believe in things they cannot see (molecules, viruses, love, logic, numbers etc.)
I would rather see something for my self, than go on someone else point of view. At least then you can judge the situation for yourself. Stories get distorted, such as Chinese whispers. My Nana says believe half of what you see, none of what you hear!!
yes they can i dont see why they couldnt but the dealer people would probably call the cops or something
You don't dumb@$$!!! God is invisible!! For someone to actually believe they can see something that doesn't exist is a bit hard. I guess they would have to have some kind of halucination
It is a request to be shown something. For instance, a teacher may ask a student to see the student's work. Someone may not believe what another person is saying, so will request to see the proof - as in, "Show me, then! As I don't really believe you!"
it's not call anything but it just mean you where in love and your heart was broken
Yes it is affected because the media influences everyone in today's society. We believe in what we see and so if the media shows us something then we tend to believe in it because someone actually did what ever was shown to us. "Monkey see Monkey do."
Crazy.
To see something or someone that you know
