Aesthetics are the features that customers/users like and dislike about the sensual appearance of a product. How people respond to a product. What people see, hear, taste, touch and smell when using a product.
To analyse a problem or product, look at it very carefully and break it down into smaller parts to find out more about it. Analysing a problem produces an action plan. Analysing a product (disassembly) helps you understand how it has been made - what materials and tools have been used.
