If you are referring to Christmas: "Bah, humbug!" was the catchphrase of Ebenezer Scrooge in the novel "A Christmas Carol". Scrooge himself hated Christmas traditions and this is often quoted meaning that someone doesn't believe in the spirit of Christmas or when someone's mood seems inappropriate for the "happy" Christmas holidays.
