"See three before me." This is something that teachers use, meaning if you are stuck, see three of you peers/classmates before you ask the teacher. It is encouraging students to talk to eachother and help eachother out. Usually, one of the three people you ask will be able to help you and it therefore saves the teacher time that they could use marking books or planning their next lesson (or drinking tea!) rather than explaining the question/answer to you.
