Hi, as I'm working in a project, with focus to create a new product oriented on capability (with regards to environmental aspects), I would have your opinion about this word/expression, as we found many definitions around it; the first one is that capability is = capacity x competence. Do you agree upon this? Could you share your experiences, idea, facts, etc?
